One of the core beliefs that I touch upon in my book, Discovering and Living Your Souls Purpose, is that you are not responsible for other peoples emotional reactions, ever. Most people believe that they are and that breeds a society of victimhood, dis-empowered individuals who stay in a constant flux of emotional toxicity leading into unhealthy relationships, I believe we all know and understand this. It is one thing to think something and another to actually DO and 2012 is all about being the observer to your awareness and your actions, then DOING what you know will lead to a desired outcome, without attachment! 

Here are some tools for you to understand 2012 and peek into your Life’s Destiny:

1. You will have to listen like you have never before. You will have to listen to the inside of you speaking to you, it might be a whisper at first, but you’ll hear it. Please don’t second guess yourself when you hear that soft spoken voice, it’s been shut down for quite some time, so give it room to breath and to be heard -:)

2. You will have to understand your own personal boundaries and respect that of others, meaning stop feeling unworthy and giving yourself away and/or asking others to join you in your unbalanced energy. Ask Momma Earth to support you if you cannot do it for yourself, or feel alone, which you never are, you just might not see all the incredible being’s around you cheering you on!

3. Holism is the new ‘eco-friendly’. Holism is what I teach in my upcoming Licensed Certification Training for Soul Therapist, it is the unified theory of Being Whole, encompassing everything into your idealism, the shadow, the light, the spiral and the chord that keeps you held back., escalation to freedom-the release of attachments yet connected to everything. Our world and reality operates in a holistic realm, it’s time we all take up the ‘H’ and get down to Being REAL…Realize…Eternal…Awareness….LIVES WITHIN YOU… 

4. You are going to LOVE YOUR BODY exquisitely! Yup, devour and love, feel, be intimate with yourself, your living it in, enjoy it! 2012 is all about Immersion, hence the title of my upcoming book, Soul Immersions…you are Divinely Loved…and your Spirit wants some back-by embodying your yummy physical being. Learn the sensual art of Tantra and evolve your sexuality to the Cosmos, you are so much more than you are aware of, embrace it!

5. Partnership, relationships and old wounds: heal them, get rid of them, love and let go-it will return if it is whole, if not, say goodbye to that pain, you won’t be able to take it with you where we are going by the end of 2012, light luggage only…lightbody ladies. -:)

2012 is a year of embodying your own power, remember you can shine as brightly as any Star, (you were born with that purity of essence)…gain full awareness of why you are here, then bring it all home, to your heart and share everything that you have, without attachment and without an agenda to what you are going to receive in return. Give everything you’ve got in these next 12 months, and ask your Spiritual Being that resides within you to lead the way-you are worth it!

Most people believe that they are and that breeds a society of victimhood, disempowered individuals who stay in a constant flux of emotional toxicity, leading to co-dependent unhealthy relationships. Sound familiar?

I would like to point out the difference here between being responsible to your own emotions and how that differs from taking on the reactions of another, which has nothing to do with you.

Most peoples reactions are embedded in the past and when you trigger an emotion that is not healed, released in love or forgiven, it comes back into the moment as if it still at the original point of it’s creation and responds in a negative, unhealthy manner. Most experience this as mistrust, guilt, unworthiness, anger, fear, frustration or anxiety, there are many more emotions that can come through like rage or the flight or fight response which is conditioned into the body’s chemical releases at a young age when trauma set in.

One thing that you can personally do is recognize within yourself that when you feel an emotional reaction coming up within you, stay calm and observe it, ask where it first originated or why it is now present and what is asking to be healed, you might be very surprised by the answers you receive. When you see others reacting strongly in a negative way to your conversations, opinions or choices in life, it really has nothing at all to do with you, it is based on their own past or present beliefs and most peoples beliefs come from their dysfunctional family patterns, generational inheritance on a cellular level, experiences which are seeking enlightenment and healing. The best and most influential relationship you can have with that person is to observe their reaction and continue on with what ever it is that you were speaking of, or discontinue and honor the other person inability to digest your own perception or ideas at the moment. Not everyone moves at the same pace, some people need more time than others to process what has happened, some people are unconscious of their pain and the origin of it’s traumatic miasm, it can take months to move through an experience or years even to recognize that you are experiencing deep pain within. You can reach out and ask for help and guidance, coaching or receive a healing from a qualified professional that can bring you gently yet firmly to a space of self-love and unconditional acceptance.

 *Definition of a Miasm: a hereditary genetic energetic disturbance or burden as it represents the body’s energetic weak-spot.

28 years ago I embarked upon a journey into the Maya Sacred Temples to explore our ancient heritage, I have learned so much and yet know there is plenty more to be revealed. In the next year, I am going to invite you to join me in exploring your humanity in a way that you might of never thought or imagined, it will be a shift into the greatest journey of your life!

For many, you know it is time to change, yet you still have the past holding you back in a myriad of ways, through your thoughts that belittle you and tell you that you cannot succeed, (which is an illusion and untrue), through your current reality of what you believe to be true, another illusion created from the past and not from a place of clear vision, defined goals and set intentions that drive you strongly into the future. I have always envisioned a place where I would teach these long lost secrets (since the age of 11 I have held this vision close to my heart) that came with us when we seeding this planet, those codes are still there inside of you, they just need to be awakened. Today’s Question was sent in through email asking about the New Children

Q: “As a parent, how can I understand how to communicate with my child when I know she is sensitive yet I cannot understand her needs? I get frustrated when what I know does not work, she does not respond to me and I am feeling my helpless as a parent.”

A:Cynthia, you are not alone, there are hundreds of thousands of parents out there who feel the same way. Today’s child does not relate to old paradigms and does not conform as easily as past generations, this is something every parent must wrap their head around. YOU can learn new ways of communication and interaction with your child, to learn how to engage at her level. Children today are coming in with a high degree of mastery and wisdom, their karma is very very different from what we have gone through and the energy level in which they experience life is profoundly different, they are sensitive to the world around them and to the people who they interact with daily. The new children will call you on your ‘stuff’ and will not take a yes when it’s a no, this is something teachers and parents will have to understand, that when a child knows their truth, they know it.
I have counseled parents in StarPower* Soul Coaching Sessions how to be with their children and I personally connect to the child and we have a conversation so that the parent understands her needs. I have included this video that was taken with a client, Elaine, who hired me to help her and her son. Today, her son is enrolled into a Waldorf School, her relationship has blossomed and he is doing wonderful.
