2012 Mayan Journey

My good friend and colleague, John Major Jenkins and I will be leading this years Sacred Spiritual Leadership Journey in Tikal, Yax’Ha & Uaxatun in the Peten Region of Guatemala for 10 days! Deborah Skye King Skye has been participating & leading ceremony in the Maya Lands for 28 years. Each day after your morning swim in Lake Itza and a relaxed breakfast, you will visit a different Ancient Maya site in the Peten Region. October 8th: Arrival in Flores, Shuttle to Hotel – Daytime swimming in Lake Itza and evening group meditation & dinner for our arrival.

October 9th: Leave after breakfast for Uaxactun. Mayan Fire Ceremony, lunch at La Chiclera in Uaxactun and Spiritually guided tour of Uaxactun.

October 10 – Full Day Tikal day of Ceremony with Indigenous Community & Guides.

October 11th – Topoxle – Nakum -Boat ride over to Topoxle, day trip to Nakum.  Sleep over at Eco-Hotel in jungle for early arrival at Yaxha’

October 12th – Yaxha’ – Full day of Ceremony and exploration at this majestic site with over 500 Temples, 40 Stelae, 13 Alters, 9 Temple Pyramids and 2 Ballcourts.

October 13th: Actun Kan Caves in the morning with a tour of the caves where we will be toning. Lunch in Flores followed by an afternoon of roaming the colorful city.

October 14th – Full Day Uaxactun – Seminar & Ceremony at the Sacred Site.

October 15th – Full Day Tikal – Seminar & Ceremony with Maya Spiritual Guides, lunch at Tikal.

October 16th – Cleansing Ceremony & day of Integration & Healing, our early night is spent at a Maya Sweat Ceremony with Indigenous herbs.

October 17th – Seminar on Lord Jaguar, Transformational Tools for 2012 & The 13 Dimensions of our New Earth: Farewell Dinner in the evening and a night of stargazing. 

October 18th - Leave to head back home to your country.

Itinerary is subject to change due to weather, intuitive guidance and surprise guest appearances. Breakout seminars will be added throughout our days at sacred site and there will be evening talks at our hotel.  You will be spending one night at an eco-hotel in the jungle, where Survivor Guatemala was filmed, along with your gorgeous accommodations on by the water. You will be nestled on your our own private Lake for your healing and swimming pleasure.

Please NO SMOKING, must be physically fit for day long walks and climbing in the Temples. Best to arrive prior to 6:00pm on the 8th and leave no later than 2:00pm on the 18th. Make sure you have travel insurance when booking your flight. I have been traveling alone to this location for the last 3 years for up to 25 days each, El Remate is a wonder location 30 minutes away from the entrance to Tikal. There is an internet cafe in the town and you will have access to WIFI at the hotel in the evening. All pricing in double occupancy, many people come alone and pair up with another female or male.
